Beyond client work, we conduct research on AI governance in emerging markets, particularly Africa. How are governance frameworks being built from scratch in resource-constrained environments? What can established markets learn from emerging market innovation?
Our focus countries include Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, South Africa, and Rwanda. This research informs our global practice and contributes to the academic understanding of AI governance worldwide.
